4 out of the 8 glasses where broken, not well packaged had no bubble wrap, box had very cheap tape and did not even write FRAGILE on box!!!! Not acceptable for the $40 dollars shipping cost!!!!

USPS destroyed this woman's purchase. Items were packed OK. We do not mark our boxes for security purposes. Scotch packing tape was used. The woman did NOT contact us until AFTER leaving negative feedback and a rage-fueled email. We immediately refunded her purchase and apologized. Once calm, buyer admitted she acted hastily and would revise her feedback. Then she ghosted us. I feel we did everything possible to make her whole. Her anger issues seem to be greater than broken stemware.
