• Our free design service covers basic tasks such as getting your design ready for print or adding text to a design. We re not a design company but we re happy to help out with basic tasks to ensure that you receive the best results possible.
 
• All items are custom made to order and we re unable to reproduce any copyrighted images or materials that violate copyright law.
 
• If you are placing an order for 2000+ units with special delivery please contact us first so that we can advise of a more accurate lead time. The free postage service is an estimated service only, if you need your order to arrive on a specific date please select the DHL option when checking out.
 
• PLEASE NOTE: We are Based in the UK, if you are placing an international order for more than 4 mugs, 2 snowglobes or 50 coasters then there will be an additional shipping fee to pay. Please contact me prior to placing an order so we can advise of a shipping price.
