The item had free UK delivery and I provided a UK address but they wanted to charge 20% more than the final list price. After a lot of correspondence and the parcel being lost, they finally delivered my parcel at the list price nearly three weeks late. If you are not providing free delivery to all of the UK (Scotland, Wales, England, and Northern Ireland) then don’t mention that in the listing. I would not use this vendor again.
