It came quickly. Wasn’t marked glass or fragile. Not packed well. Arrived in a million pieces. I actually couldn’t even tell what it was. It was in so many pieces.

item was factory packed in a box it was a big glass bowl , traveling through post office , post office was ruff on item and shattered glass ,. item was fully refunded the day i was told about item being broken . all i did was open box and take pics and resealed box
