You told us that you never got the item, tracking showed delivered and we had you verify that we shipped it to the correct address and you said we did. Last thing you messaged us was saying you filed a claim with USPS for the package. As far as I knew you had either got it, or got it taken care of, this is the first I have heard from you in a while and its not a message its a negative feedback?
