Ordered and within 2 days received an email apologizing with a 'shipper lost the package' excuse. I almost bought the excuse - but checked the other negative feedback. Well, this sounds like a common problem that some buyers have had with this seller. The price on the item I ordered was the lowest I found... my guess is that they figured out they couldn't outsource this item at the price they had offered it at. Bad business practice - I won't order from these guys again.
