Wrong item mailed: I purchased the book "No Country For Old Men" but got the DVD movie instead. They want me to return the item (less than $5 in value) to get a refund. I have told them that after the cost of mailing, gas to get to the post office and time/effort, they should consider this and just refund me the money (of course if it's an expensive item, it should be mailed back). They won't do that as "it's an Ebay policy." The fault is theirs, I'm the one expected to clean up their mess.
