A) We use Standard Parcel 3-5 Days (Royal Mail). Items are dispatched within 1 business day. Items sent via Royal Mail can take longer on special occasion.
 
B) If item hasn’t arrived within 5 working Days please contact me and I will be able to assist. Royal Mail considers the item lost after 15 days from postage date.
3. International Shipping & Customs

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
