I want to leave high marks. The item was used. I looked at the motor with loupes thru the hazy packaging and you can see pieces of PVS, packaging was shoddy. I contact seller and he puts the burden of proof on me when he himself sent me a used item but marked it as NEW. Eventually did get refund after many pics sent. Buy elsewhere.
