Honest feedback - Toy took 6 days to arrive and then when I went to put new batteries in I discovered the wires inside were snapped so it doesnt work at all. Item was described as good condition. Seller said I could return it for a refund but it's not worth me paying the delivery costs for a £13 toy.

Honest response - The item was posted out in the time frame specified in the dispatch times so no issues there. Buyer did send pictures of broken wires and full refund on return was offered. Messaged again to explain return process so no cost to buyer.
Genuine mistake on the broken wires as it was advertised as just a plush toy on the listing with no knowledge of any battery function from myself. That being said, if it's damaged I will gladly accept a return and refund as always.
