    Item was not shipped in a timely manner with estimated delivery date expired. Seller did not respond to my email. I had to contact eBay to get Seller to reply. Item was appropriately packed. Paid more for this item than another’s Sellers same listed item as pictures were more appealing. However, Seller did not mention red paint as missing on one side of block (when relooking at area the picture seemed doctored with red)? Value therefore depreciated.
