I contacted the seller for a refund but he said no because he had already sent a replacement without talking to me first. I got the replacement and it did attach to my fitbit but after 3 weeks it stopped working and it would just randomly detach resulting in my fitbit falling to the floor. I contacted the seller about this who hasn't responded. I would avoid this seller
