In general, I had a positive experience. The package arrived in good condition and on time. I took away one star for the Item description, however, as I received a different cover than the one pictured. Nothing was noted in the description about it being a stock photo of the newer print. I received the older cover, which was a little disappointing as I purchased her other book and was hoping to keep them similar.
