      This buyer was rude to me from the second I shipped their item and sent a message saying it shipped. They sent a rude response to that message. They ordered at 7 pm on the 25th. It shipped the morning of the 26th and was at their home three days later. Not sure what they wanted me to do. Pay for overnight shipping on a patch where I make $2 and Santana, the post office and eBay get the rest? It's also an official Santana patch, so blame Carlos for your weird QC complaints.
