Almost as described, mechanically good, software was incomplete and didnt work, had to download it from internet. The instructions are very poor, bad quality pictures. Misleading listing showing CNC software but none included. The machine works using GBRL Control software and appears to be OK for engraving but not cutting without a different cutter type. Delivery OK but not fast.
