1st computer windows 11 was locked, notified seller he tried to fix remotely, within 6 hours he was sending me a replacement overnight. I asked hime to hold as I was in California on a planned trip. I notified him when I returned and the replacement arrived 3 days later. Replacement and original in GREAT condition! New windows 11 PRO image worked great the second time around. Overall great experience. Seller Prompt with my issue and replacement will be a great Laptop.
