Paid a bought a PSA 10 auto Zhou Guan Yu card. Waited 6 days, still they never shipped. Contacted them thru ebay countless times, no response. Emailed them, they finally respond saying they can upgrade my card. I said no thanks give me a refund. They still didn’t cancel my refund. I had to spam their IG comments & fb before they finally issue my refund. Horrible experience you got to chase them down for what is rightfully yours. Note: they probably sold the cards to someone else in store.
