Royal Mail mislaid this item soon became apparant.
A period of time has to be allowed for them to locate it.
Still not located, so I refunded the buyer.
Buyer given tracking details and all relevant information cascaded to him, including Track details.
No more I could do, let down by human factors in Royal Mail.
