Buyers first message threatened negative feedback, we sent them a copy of the Post Office receipt proving i had paid for postage showing their address. Their was the usual postage sticker on their packet added at the PO as normal. I asked them for the Royal Mail receipt for these supposed additional charges. They say they just handed over the money to the post person? They did not respond to the fact I proved I'd paid postage.
