This raincoat is much larger than the measurements stated, & its sleeves are 3/4 length, which wasn’t disclosed. Contacted seller for a return: they became belligerent & insisted I change the reason for returning. After several aggressive messages from seller where they threatened to report me for fraud ?!?, I closed the return. They escalated anger so quickly I chose not to be harassed over getting my refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

*SELLER BEWARE!* Very dishonest! Buyer lied, didn't want to pay for return shipping, so marked "item not as described" instead of "doesn't fit". Did not read description, which had full measurements and professional photos. I offer 30-day money back guarantee and more than happy to accept returns. I politely explained ebay policy and was met with fury. READ ALL the BAD FEEDBACK she leaves for sellers. This is someone who will ruin your reputation if you don't give her what she wants. RUN!
