This bin was £11.95 and at that price I was led to believe that it was new, especially since the seller has lots of the same or similar items for sale. So obviously not just Preloved by one person. I would not pay £11.95 for a small, damaged bathroom bin if I had known that it wasn't new. Beware of buying things from this seller.
