Slow shipping and slow to resolve issue. The charger I received did not work correctly. Its output should be 19v but it fluctuated between 5 and 15v. So, I sent message to seller but he asked dumb questions like model no. of my device, does the plug fit and sent pictures of device. 19 days after ordering and still I don't have a resolution
