I don't have a clue what you're complaining about. All of our listings very clearly state that return shipping is paid for by the customer. You opened an item return case, returned the shoes for a refund and that is exactly what we did. We refunded your entire original payment and eBay charged you for the return shipping label. That wasn't free.
