This is a poor example of a Stargate-ish costume.
The green pieced together outfit is, of course, a one-piece top and bottom, not a replica of a G-8 jacket. You will be disgusted by the collar and silver buttons. The tactical vest is also different from the Stargate vest and I can't find any connection.
It's just a green outfit and a black vest. It bears no resemblance to Stargate's. It's like wearing a black bathrobe and construction helmet and saying "Darth Vader".
