Great communication/customer service.
Unfortunately the item (dash cam) only runs on 2G only, and not on 5G, therefor you can’t get it to connect to the RoadCam application. 2G and 3G is already disabled in the US. Only 5G will work. (Only issue) it works really good if you only need it as a dash cam and don’t care about surveillance cam.
