Photo appears to be gloss black, which is hard to find. Product is Matte black with bumpy texture, which is more common. Some benefit of the doubt as its difficult to capture the difference in a photo, but a complete description would have avoided this misunderstanding. I ended up having to pay to have it sanded, primed, and painted in order to get it to match the gloss black trim. Otherwise nothing wrong with the product.
