Packaged was delivered on May 21. Shipping delays were caused by Norway authorities (28 days processing time) and not by us. We shipped 3 days after payment and international shipping took 5 days. Buyer could have verified delivery status with tracking number rather than leaving a neutral feedback stating "not received yet". I cannot be held responsible for Norway's processing & delivery times. The package was delivered, therefore the neutral feedback should be removed as it is no longer valid!
