The faucet arrived without an insert, with no brand name and country of manufacture on it and on the package. The plumber came to install the faucet and informed me that there was a leakage from the cartridge.
The seller did not process the return and stopped responding.

Definitely a negative experience. The buyer claimed they didn't get the instructions, so we emailed them a copy. THEN they claimed the faucet was leaking (we have sold hundreds without a single issue). Nevertheless, we told them to start a return through eBay. THEN they claimed they couldn't start a return and instead submitted a chargeback... One of the biggest clowns we have ever run across on eBay. They had buyers remorse and made false claims to try and get a return/free item...SCAMMER
