Admit I don’t know what to expect but I saw the good reviews and assurion was ridiculous on the price they wanted. I shipped fedex 3 day shipping and it arrived Friday holiday weekend, I received a notice the day after labor day that my iPad a 12 pro only two years old was repaired a bad charging port

My Retina screen was damaged while replacing the Digitizer by the incompetence of the providers. This was verified by an Apple Genius Bar tech analysis with the replacement cost of $500. The seller stopped communicating with me.
DO NOT SEND YOUR IPAD INTO THIS COMPANY THINKING YOU ARE SAVING MONEY AND EXPECTING A PROFESSIONAL RESULT. In 24 years of being an eBay member I have not be so disappointed nor had such a result that cost me this much stress and money as with this seller.
