Item is exactly as described, includes the straps which are detachable. Same brand used at my hospital. Great for patients who have to use a binder bra after surgery. I have found it invaluable and very comfortable to use. It can be worn at night while sleeping. Have worn mine into the shower for support; once I reach what I can, the caregiver removes it and then I do the rest. Hand wash, let air dry overnight—highly recommend 2 or more so you can rotate them and have one ready to wear.
