    Item installed but not working and seller not accepting the return. These modules have to be programmed to the vehicle so I had a Porsche dealership program the module for the vehicle but they were unable to program it and said it was faulty so I had to order a new one.

    Buyer is a total LIAR. We accept all returns which are asked and opened within the legal timeframe set by the law and by Ebay rules. A buyer comes to us after a few months and requests the return when its not possible to even technically do that in terms of paid taxes to governments etc.Also the control module is BRAND NEW and after hundreds of these sold to other buyers no one never had any issues.Important thing about retrofitting, programming.Look for the profesional electrician not dealer.
