Yes, it fit my antique treadle perfectly!! The screw is a very bright and shiny metal, so I used a bit of black nail polish to disguise it. All over, a very good solution to the missing wheel on my very old treadle!!!

Happy to hear the replacement casters worked out well. You might want to consider the Urethane pads I offer that slip over the feet to keep the base from skating across the floor when the treadle is being used. Best of luck on new sewing projects and thank you for the picture.
