Communication was slow and minimal. Item arrived over a month after the order was placed. One of the stones was missing or either fell out the day after it arrived. They sent another stone, but I’m having to pay additional jeweler to repair. Didn’t send pictures of ring after many request and sent wrong tracking number initially. Product was okay but would not recommend for to others.
