I purchased this item for $68.01 with delivery. It was listed as used and as you would expect the box was opened. Needless to say the item didn't work. It won't turn on and it won't charge. The seller won't accept returns, won't refund me or reimburse me at all. So why did they sell me a used item with in an open box that they could have checked to see if it functioned? I'm pretty darn certain that theY knew and just ripped me off!!!

I have never in my life ripped anyone off! The item you purchased matched the DESCRIPTION provided and TITLE. Since I was unable to test the item, it was clearly marked as untested. Your review is the only negative one on my store, which speaks to our high standard of service! You initially requested a return because you believed it had two intercoms. The listing states it is for a single unit. YOU misread every detail and left a negative review, which is unfair given the circumstances.
