Received torn product and immediately started the return. Then the seller offered partial discount to repair, which i rejected. They wont give me label, and insisted on showing cheaper value to customs, etc. I disagreed. This is supposed to be an easy return process because it was purely sellers fault for sending me torn product. The seller changed the tone and started being very rude to me. I trusted all positive reviews before ordering. They could be right, but when there is a problem, no help
