After full payment, seller demanded more money for postage. Screen captures taken of the listing that show that I paid the correct postage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the listing. The seller breached the contract, failed to send the item and kept my money. I was forced to open a case with Ebay to get my money back. Apart from dishonest practice from the seller, this caused massive inconvenience with delay to my bathroom fitting. Avoid seller at all costs as they are dishonest

Delivery location had an additional charge from courier ( delivery surcharges are mentioned on shop main page. Delivery surcharge was not paid so I ( not ebay ) issued the refund.
