You can't even make people happy with a FULL REFUND AND FREE PARTS! My fault that I did not take the time to determine exactly how these off-brand MOC parts would fit with Lego but we had great detail photos. The buyer was asked if they wanted a FULL OR PARTIAL REFUND and never responded to the message but went STRAIGHT TO NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. They replied, "A refund is not helpful. My autistic son was very disappointed when the items he planned to use in a build showed up and were not usable..."
