Instead of sending the whole tool I ordered, they only sent the blade. When I asked to return it and receive a refund, I was given the option to have a partial refund and keep the blade! Why would I want just the blade?? When they eventually agreed to a refund they wanted to add a gagging clause so that I didn't warn other buyers of their sharp practice.
