The seller purposely sold a knowingly broken figurine as “NEW” because “she didn’t buy it at a store”. Be sure to read everything thing in this seller’s listing, otherwise she’ll waste your time selling you her broken not-NEW junk. The seller then hassled me about the refund. Don’t worry there’s a happy ending: eBay returned all my money and I ended up buying a NEW piece from the artist’s store for less. Unfortunately there’s bad sellers like this that are ruining eBay.

The item for sale was clearly stated that it was a previously repaired store display item and to see all pics and stated in the description-- this buyer did not read and look at all pics before buying the item and now wants to trash me. I didn't purposely do any thing to mis- lead anyone and this buyer was a bully and very rude to deal with.
