    At the end, I did received the part, late. This is a problem that doesnt have to do with sellers and buyers, its USPS that show their trackings as "DEIVERED" when its not. If you read closely the tracking, they mean they delivered to a "DELIVERY AGENT" who will then deliver to buyer 3-8 days later. In the meantime it creates all this confusion and claims to ebay. All the parts I order are for clients that need the parts fast and this process is one week later than what it should, bad experience.
