I contacted the seller and sent them pictures of their item twice- and no response after the second time. The shoes I purchased from them were ripped, the shoe laces were cut (both not visible or mentioned in their pictures of the item) and too small because the were washed in the washing machine and shrunk. I’ve requested my money back plush the cost of shipping. Please help
