Valve must have been damaged in shipping...I offered to pay to replace it and have it installed...and you never got back to me with reimbursement info? We also have a return policy...so it could have easily been returned for a full refund?!? I really hope that you don't have a patient that leaves an off-base review without allowing you the opportunity to fix the problem...as this is very unfortunate.
