The item unfortunately appeared to have been lost by Royal Mail. I reported this to the seller as it hadn t arrived by the time I needed it.
The seller responded promptly and offered to dispatch another. I had needed to go and buy one on that day from a shop because the installer was here. I requested a refund and the seller did this immediately.
This does seem to gave been a Royal Mail issue rather than the selller, and I understand they are considering changing to a different carrier.
