I returned the vacuum, it doesn’t work..it doesn’t suck anything; I tried to work it out with seller..wanted to give me partial credit. I returned it cleaned up because I received it dirty inside and out; it’s unfortunate because I purchase quite a bit of these units. Mailed back unit for full refund. I don’t believe he tested the unit before sending it out. Sorry it didn’t work out.

Not the sellers issue, but Hamilton Beech design. TWO ISSUES: I cannot use reusable k cup baskets in this unit without forcing the K cup lid down! It should not be forced to close!! Works well with prefilled manufactured pods, i.e. DD, Starbucks, etc.. Second: The Needle that forces hot water into pod is poor design.. After two coffees have been made, the needled has to be unclothed with a pin or paper clip!! Would suggest buyers research product before buying.
