The guitar I ordered arrived with a cracked headstock. I contacted the seller for this issue, they asked for photographs of the crack and offered a partial refund. When I sent them the photos (already repaired, I didn't get the guitar for it to sit around broken) the seller never came back to me. I'm sorry to say, but this is just a scam.
