Zipper kinked and g0t caught when opening and closing. Not smooth operation. Also zipper has separated a couple of times and had to be opened and re-closed to make sure all the zipper teeth line up. Disappointed for an item from Coach that I paid $50 for! I requested refund from seller but was declined as the seller claims the item was working properly when shipped and suggested rubbing wax over the teeth and/or using WD40. Also indicated it was over the 30 day return period. Disappointed!

Customer waited until 40 days to report item not working properly. Never heard anything prior to this. This should have been reported immediately. If this were any retail store, they would have the same policy. However, I’m NOT a retail store. Even eBay has certain policies in place. If they would have contacted me immediately, I would have had them return the item for a refund, unfortunately they didn’t. If I could leave negative feedback for them, I would, but unfortunately I can’t.
