Hi, Pedro. First, we're sorry that your order took so long to arrive. That said, we shipped within one business day as promised, and there's nothing more we could have done. Once items are in the hands of the carriers (USPS, UPS, etc), they are out of our control. A quick look at tracking history shows that USPS obviously mishandled this shipment (it went through Alaska!), which, unfortunately, happens from time to time. Thanks for your understanding.
