Seller was quick to send out the item and although it is a used item, I got the item at a really good deal. There was many problems with FedEx but it had nothing to do with the seller. Seller was responsive with FedEx issues and tried to help me resolve it. Fed ex service is horrible. I would buy from the seller again as long as FedEx is not the shipper.
