    Two items bought on September 6th. WRONG item received on September 26th. Contacted buyer who acknowledged they still had my correct items. These were then sent on October 7th, but I have still not received them by today, November 10th. I requested a full refund but this was refused, so now I am $75 out of pocket..... NOT HAPPY!!!!!

    to continue from above. I told you I would continue to work on this and would certainly repay you through working with Ebay. I have been more frustrated than you since I have spent hours with Ebay on this mishap. I will contact Ebay today and will find some way to repay you. When you eventually received the menus as Ebay has promised, I hope you will do me the coutesy of paying for them. And you a one for free!
