These are NOT 3G/4G devices, this is a scam. They only work on 2G which is slowly being withdrawn in the UK by EE, Voda and O2. Three UK has never had a 2G network so it will not work on Three. I have researched these devices and they use a Quectel M26 chip which is 2G only (GSM/GPRS). It even says GSM on the bottom of the device indicating its 2G only. 2G/3G decommissioning has already started in the UK so there is a chance you wont even have 2G coverage. Research via google!
